Question Roadside Insurance for Travel Trailer

It is that time of the year again to renew my Good Sam Roadside Insurance for my travel trailer. My TV has AAA and the trailer has Good Sam. Looking for comments and/or opinions about combining both into the AAA auto/RV plan. Experiences?

I have Good Sam and needed a tow for my truck once (beach day and batteries died). It was a slow process in a fairly urban area. But, they took care of me.

I was surprised to find out that they wouldn't help me make arrangements to get my family anywhere. There are 4 of us with my son in a car seat. Fortunately we were my cousin and were able to make do but I wondered what would happen if we were in the middle of nowhere by ourselves. I also wonder how common this is for roadside services - I assume it's just what they do.
