RV Golf Club questions

Hello fellow travelers and Administrators,
just curious if any have opinions/experience on the new FR "RV Golf Club" camping program?

Sounds like great op's to camp in nice locations and save those critical retirement/travel dollars as well.

Caveat: you must sign up for like $99.00 a year before you can see the 430+ locations available.
And no, you don't need to be a golfer.

I'm guessing that this would be primarily "dry camping" with few hookups. The email I got was lacking in details but still seems a worthy option.

I got the email too. I happened to be at the local golf course yesterday, and the rvgiolfclub map shows this course as a participant. So I asked at the pro shop.

Yes, they were aware of the program. The "rv site" they offer is parking on the street. Anybody, member or not, can park on the street.

I went to the rvgolfclub site and their membership price is exactly what FROG offered.

I am still intrigued. May sign up.

I looked at this. But I lost all interest when I could not view the list of available locations -- until I had paid them.

Did someone say, "Buy this pig in a poke"?
