As mentioned unless you view your RV as a business that you have no emotional tie to and don't plan use to then I would never rent it out. Many people consider rental property as business property and not personal property and hence do not care for it as they would if they owned it. This is especially concerning in a hybrid that requires some care when extending and storing bunk ends.
