Selling Toyhauler and need some help

Trying to determine the value of my 2008 Forest River Work & Play. The model number is WPF28RK. I have looked at just about all of the RV value websites and can not find this particular model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW - the used toyhaulers I did go look at were priced way too high.
I bought a new 2017 in August 2016 for a very few thousand more than
used ones were priced. Many of the used ones had screw holes in the garage - looked like maybe pegboard or shelving had been installed. They also were 'well used', had worn tires and older appliances.

The few better ones that were priced right were gone the same day they got posted. Guess that might be true for everything....
