Shasta Airflyte Reissue Market

We are going to look at a 2016 Shasta Airflyte this weekend up for private sale. It has had one owner, looks pretty clean, and everything is functioning. Has had the original A/C replaced with a better unit.

It is listed for $14,300. Is that a good price ballpark? I think I would pay that, but I am just not sure where the market is on these since you cannot find them for sale often. I am curious what the cost was from a dealer new back in 15'/16' when FR released them. My hope is it will retain more value than the average travel trailer since it is a limited run, and such a beautiful classic look.

Any other tips for me? I am hoping to fit myself, wife, and 1-year old boy on many trips in this until we have another kid, or he outgrows the gaucho.

the market in rv sales have gone nuts but I would check codes dates on tires they sound pretty close to be change out time maybe you can use it to get a little better price? I would original tires but if he keep things up he may been up to date the other thing check and see roof and what type of roof.
