Soap - Bath & Dish

2011 Tracer 205M is currently @ Camp Driveway while we do mods, pack, shop for TV.
BF bath soap of choice is Zest liq. body soap. I prefer locally made goat milk soap. Occurs to me that we'd want to use a soap product that doesn't cling (as much) to the grey h2o tank.
What works well ?
Friend gave me a bottle of Mrs. Meyers dish soap biodegradable. Okay to use ?
What should we stay away from ?

Lol, comes in many different scents along with herbs. I favor Rose petal. Being diabetic my skin tends to dry out.

Ilmor, stay away from Dial soap then ?

I would use whatever works best for you. I can't see where the type of soap will make any difference to the grey water tank. Be advised that tank level sensors probably won't work accurately no matter what soap you use.

I would use biodegradable, as I do in my RV and at home---Mrs. Meyers is very good.
I never have "gunk" build-up in my tanks (or pipes at home).....plus it's good for the environment.

Gifted from a friend who didn't like the smell. NP for me seems to be good quality.

I believe that any soap you choose will do. We use Dawn for dishes.

I like to leave a little water in both tanks occasionally and add a cup of liquid tide, then as I drive to the next stop things get washed around and when I dump at the next stop and the tanks are cleaner. (That is only a bubble machine blowing from my roof vents.)

Yes, those pesky indicators work when and if they please. The shower is full of water honey, says the gray tank needs to be emptied. After a while you learn to listen to the black tank and know when it is ready to dump.

Cracks me up when people claim to not have any build up in their grey and yes...some even say their black tanks...When was the last time you squeezed through the drain hole to go inspect the inside of your holding tank......Just cause the sensors appear to be working properly doesn't mean the soap you are using creates any more or less buildup than any other brand...just means maybe you are managing your tanks properly.

The GEO method adds Calgon water softener to the black tank. Probably a good idea for the grey tank too. Our water here in NM is very hard. So hard that a small drip in the plumbing will fix itself with calcium buildup. Sweet.

Here we don't have that issue but we won't be camping in the driveway for ever @ least I pray not.
