Warranty Repairs / Replacements?

Hi all, I've got a 2019 Shasta Oasis 31OK that we purchased from a dealer in June, 2020 (less than 1 year ago). I discovered recently that our microwave no longer works. So I have two questions.

1) Do you know what the default manufacturer's warranties are for internal components like a microwave?

2) Do you know who I could / should contact other than the dealer on this issue? I've already reached out to the dealer but haven't heard back yet.

You can contact the Microwave MFG , should be registered with them
Typically RV Warranty lasts 1 year -
Forest River has a Customer Service Line, you can at least start the process with them and report the issue before your 1 year warranty expires. This way you should be covered -

Forest River has a Contact page for each of the brands. Reach out to your warranty manager. I've had a microwave shipped directly to me before.
