Black water sensors

My black water tank always reads empty, even full.
Been doing some research and these sensors are nothing like the normal ones I'm seeing, all 3 enter tank on top, looks like I'll damage them removing them.
Anybody have any experience with these.

They are goo'd up from the stuff that lives in the black tank. I'd go with external sensors myself. No goo and reliable.

But then, I prefer to look down the toilet to see how full the tank is anyway. Only takes a peek.

Hmm, I've heard of goo in the tanks causing sensors to read full when the tank is empty, but not the other way around. I suspect a wiring problem.

Do you have a tank rinser, a clear elbow and an hour or so? You could find out for sure...

I agree... possibly a ground problem.
