A/C Fan

Can anyone tell me if their fan cycles on and off when the A/C is selected? The A/C compressor seems to cycle on and off but, the fan is always running on High. This is on a 2016 Sunseeker 2400R, 13,500 btu unit.

Are you using the "Auto" fan speed? Mine does that unless I switch to "Hi" or "Low"

When fan is set to low or high, it runs all the time as the compressor cycles.

On auto, the fan shuts off when the compressor does its thing.

I've been using mine on low and its freezing up. As in no cold air then Ice chunks coming loose and getting into the fan sounding like a coon digging on the roof.

I started using the au setting and high setting for sleeping since I don't like the fan cycling at night.
