Clearance/Running Lights

Just left Orlando and arrived Canyon Lake, Texas and noticed one of my lights is out in the middle top fiberglass cap. I would like to replace the light and climb up one time to do the job. Has anyone changed out one of the lights and knows the exact bulb type with what other tools I might need? Appreciate any "Help!" Thanks.

All tt's have differnt bulbs in differnt lights. Most likly bulb for a clearance light is a p-195. Should just need a screw driver and a ladder. Some of the light housings just snap into place so bring a standard blade style screwdriver with you up the ladder. If it is that style you can simply just pry up on the lense buy the notch on the bottom. Good Luck!

On Sunseekers it is a 194 bulb. Likely the same for you. Lens gently pry off. Small screwdriver or by hand.

The bulb may not be bad. I have two clearance lights that work when I jiggle them and stay on long enough to pass inspection. Corrosion on the sockets is the problem.

I have 7 red and 4 amber LED replacements waiting on time and weather.

If your talking LED's for the running light change out, these will work in all the exterior sockets. The issue of size is most important on the side markers, because the socket is perpendicular to the body. Where as in the marker lights, forward above the cab, they are horizontal, allowing a different configuration. But these worked for me in all exterior running lights. 20 x T10 W5W 194 168 501 Car White 8 LED 3020 SMD Wedge Light Bulb Lamp CL108 | eBay

Thanks Kickin' but the bulbs are good; the sockets are bad.

I should have said I was referring to the Solera question asked by Capt Dan. Those are the bulbs that will work in the Solera. Not sure about yours Herk.

Capt Dan, I just replaced one of those bulbs. The lens snaps off with a straight blade screwdriver. Sorry I do not know the pn of the bulb, but it is one of those with 2 bent wires for the contacts looks like and might be a 912 bulb.
