Coach Entrance Step Falling Off

Shaking out the new coach. (new to me, 2013 24R)
I had noticed the coach step, one side kind of gave more than the other. Beautiful day today so I got around to looking at the problem and was immediately stumped in how to fix it.
Help!

Don't think I can describe it better than just a picture.
What type of material do the steps attach to?

I might as well bring up the other step issue that I haven't figured out how to fix yet also. The steps under the driver and passenger cab doors are also sagging.

Thanks eveybody

I appreciate the help!

I forgot to add this to your PM.
This is the recommended lube for slide-out mechanism gears and guides.
