inverter installation for microwave

I install a 2000watts inverter under the passenger seat. Now I dont know how to plug the microwave. I want the choice to ''juice'' my microwave on inverter or regular (stock) installation 120volts. What is the ''switch solution''
I can found the 120volts wire near the stock breaker. Cut the circuit....and after what.....help please.

Wow, 2000 watts. Just curious, do you plan on drawing the power off the MB alternator as your cruising down the road, or work the coach batteries that much? I'd be, curious if its even doable. Sorry can't help you on the electrical cut in. Good luck.

Hi curious,
Sure it's doable. It was on my last motorhome. But the solera dont have the inverter. Cheap. We have to start the generator to use the 5 minutes microwave.....hum. I'm in boondocking. I change my deep cycle battery for 2 agm 6 volts with 2-0 gauge wire. I try the kit this morning: boiling a cup of water in 3 minutes; great, same as home. On my last motorhome, I install an electric element water heater and I plug it in my inverter when I ride the highway for a few hours and it' work. No problem. Just be intelligent and calculate the batteries draws versus current. I install a air horn with compressor in series with original horn.
