Jump start battery

Does anyone know if you can use the post for jump starting the sprinter to charge the battery? Just curious to know if possible.

Yes- you can connect a trickle charge or a regular charger- Easier than opening up the footwell etc to try to connect. Prob have to use the alligator clips. I am not sure if there is a way to connect a "eye" connector
