Recommend a place for an oil change Seattle Portland

I'm nearing my oil change interval and will be in Portland in a few days and thought this would be a good time to get it changed. I'm in Seattle today and planning to explore the state and national parks tomorrow. If someone knows a good place in either city please let me know. Be nice to check that off my list. I'm just around the 9k mark so I have a little wiggle room.
