Rock Solid mud flaps install

I have Solera 24R and I am installing Rock Solid mud flaps , my question is the exhaust for motor and generator are 4" behind flap. Do I extend pipes thru the flap? and how much clearance from rubber to pipe?

I put an Ultra Guard full flap on my 24R and fabricated my own hanger bar. The bars is bolted to the Big Foot cylinder brackets. The flap actually hangs approx. 1 1/2 inches below the exhaust pipe. Cut 1/2 clearance around the generator exhaust. So far so good.

If your flaps are mounted to the rear bumper I would not worry about extending the exhaust pipes. You should have plenty of room for airflow between the bumper and exhaust.

If your flaps will be against tour pipes, then cut at least 1/2 inch clearance around.
