We have a 2014 24R and it didn't take long for the black plastic shower door latch to break. I looked EVERYWHERE ONLINE and did not find it, so I ordered one from a Dealer. It is a whopping $10 for a piece of plastic. I can get you the part number if you like.
Funny thing - now that I have the lock, I just took receipt of a new vinyl shower door that replaces the entire glass door unit. However, because we are in NE Ohio, I won't be installing it until the weather breaks in the Spring !
Hope that helps,
Jeff N.

If the hook part came off and is not broken, it can be snapped back on.

Hey Jeff,
Could you provide details of the vinyl door? Manufacturer, part number, where you bought it, how much it cost, how big a deal you think it will be to install ... and anything else you think might be relevant?
Thanks!

A good temporary fix if you shower door latch breaks
You can't have the door banging back-and-forth as you travel, so when I got home from camping I happened to have a spare 2'-3' piece of that black styrofoam water pipe insulation - it is like 2.5-3 inches around, and quite flexible.
I cut it to the length of the shower door bottom track when the door is open (plus an inch or so), then slit it lengthwise and pressed it into the bottom rail. It really works well - the door does not move, it is easy to put on/take off, and it doesn't wear out !

Jeff,
+1 on Dave's request for info on your replacement door. Our glass door will be out this spring one way or another...

Here is the thread and some pics on what I purchased. I think it will be a bit challenging to install because the instructions/illustrations are not great, but it does look to be very well built, and they offered their assistance if you have any questions at all, and even called me back as a followup.

Call Traico M. and he will happy to help you. It cost around $100 + another $30 or so shipping. It shipped out of Indiana.

for the 24S ( don't know what others look like )
the first time the latch broke, I tried a couple of solutions,
finally settled on a zip tie, around last roller post, and
just loose enough to slip over the end of the mounting rail
I lock the door open always, haven't had it fail in 10K of travel
major advantages:
haven't seen any sign of mold since the shower always dries quickly
area seems roomier with door open

Easy fix for the glass shower door movement during flight. Cut a 1/4" wooden dowel just long enough to be wedged between the end of the fixed glass piece and the end of the extruded aluminum piece on the moveable glass door. The dowel should be slightly longer than that distance, when the door is in the closed position. The best placement of the dowel is at the bottom. If you experiment with the length, you will find that only a slight pressure wedging the dowel in position, yet leaving enough length to easily remove the dowel works great. This "fix" is meant for the 24S model.

I had considered the door open strategy after our shower door lock broke for the second time. But I was concerned about the wt of the door suspended on two attachment points instead of the three along the "closed" side of the track. So I cut a stick to fit like the dowel described by "Still kicking" above. The cool thing is, the tree was in Zion National Park. Actually just outside the gates. So no flames about taking wood from a national park... Grin.

I have a lock saved after removing my shower. Do you still need it? If you do, PM me a mailing address.

Try the wood dowel, you might think it works too.
