Water Pressure

When I am hooked up to city water my water pressure is not very good at the kitchen sink and shower. When not hooked to city water and using the water pump we have good water pressure. We do use a pressure reducer when hooked to city supply and the reducer seems to be working as it should. Any suggestions as to what is causing this.
Thank You

It's possible your back flow valve is stuck at the city water inlet.

Have you tried city water "without" pressure regulator?

Check screens on both faucets for debris.

Checked all the screens all clear and have good pressure when using the pump. Leads me to belive must be my pressure regulator.

Adjustable regulator or the $4-6 one they show and/or provide when you first bought the trailer? The cheap ones are just a pressure reducer, so if you've got already low enough pressure it'll just lower it even more.

That's why I'm in the market for a good adjustable one. Something I can dial in instead of being at the mercy of a basic reducer.
