If Tampa RV is affiliated with Orlando RV, that explains why they havent come in. Terrible customer service

Just to follow up on this, the decals were sent back in December and a tracking number was provided to the customer.

As Mr. Clemens indicated, FR had sent the decals to the dealer, Tampa RV which is part of RV One on last December 4th and were delivered to them a few days later by UPS! This dealer is not a dealer I would recommend as they have a poor (pretend) service dept. If I hadn't been contacted by Mr. Clemens after I posted about this a few days ago. I am pretty sure the dealer would never have bothered with it but after I saw the sales person at Tampa RV show and told him that they have my decals, someone from the dealer called yesterday and told my wife that someone will call us later to arrange for the decal replacement! Awful dealership that in my mind gives a bad name to good products from FR. I will update interested as to the final outcome of this.

Finally! Exactly 2 months after Tampa RV dealership got the Solera decals from Forest River and after us making numerous phone calls and email (mostly ignored by dealer). They got someone to remove incorrect decals from our brand new RV (2015 Solera 24R) and put the correct ones on it yesterday!
If it wasn't for Mr. Clemens looking into this and telling me that the decals were sent to this dealer, I am pretty sure we would not hear from them. So, Thank you Mr. Clemens and that would be the last time I buy anything from this dealer.
