12v Electrical system

Can someone explain why the 12v from battery goes to 1 circuit breaker then jumps to another before entering trailer???. This is on a 17 vibe 313bh located on the passanger side aka left side. Click image for larger version

It's not really going from one circuit breaker into another.

The long red wire that comes down from the top feeds both breakers (with the short red jumper) and each of the breakers have circuits coming off them.

Got ya, comes spring wanna label all the wires and clean up the battery compartment. Im assuming that the red wire coming down is from the inverter.

Most likely from the battery.
I doubt you have an inverter unless you put one in or have a residential refrigerator.
Besides, all the wires on those automotive type circuit breakers are 12v.

INverter = converts 12v DC to 120v AC.

CONverter = converts 120v AC to 12v DC. (and charges the battery)

Well... while they 'might' tie into the heavy 12v WIRING that goes to the inverter to feed these circuit breakers, (for the sake of an easy place to get 12v) they are not fed FROM the inverter's output.
