2017 313bh wiring diagram
On the trailer, does the 7 pin harness have a 12v + run to batteries for charging when driving?

Yes. See pin #4 in the connector pic below.
It will already be wired from the trailers umbilical cord to the trailers battery. But be aware that, depending on your tow vehicle, you may have to insert a fuse and/or a relay in the vehicle's fuse box to get the power back to the trailer connector.
If you post make/model/year of your tow vehicle, someone may be able to provide more info on this.
Also be aware that it usually only provides a small trickle charge to the battery. It's usually not a very large wire and it's a long way back to the battery, so you don't get a lot of amps to the battery.

Yes, all 7-pin connectors have a charging wire run.

Is it a residential fridge or 2-way fridge?

Residential, already know the bs 12v dual marine batteries arent gonna cut it. Gonna either upgrade to 2 6v 225ah or 2 lithium 100ah. If i upgrade to the lithium have to upgrade converter.

a converter is for 12 volts. If you have a resi fridge you need an inverter.

Yep, a converter has nothing to do with running a residential fridge while driving.
It's an INverter that's needed to run a residential fridge, so your tow vehicle's alternator hopefully will keep the batteries charged up.

It may be nip and tuck if the tow vehicle can keep the batteries charged, depending on how much juice your fridge will need. It will help, of course, but the fridge may draw more power than the TV can supply. So don't be surprised if you get where you're going and the batteries are no longer fully charged.

I have a inverter, only reason to change converter is if i go to lithium batteries. They require a certain charge rate.

Thats what i was figuring, which is why i would change out the batteries. The ones from the dealer are marine 12v, not even deep cell. They have a 75 or 100ah now.

There are many folks towing with residential fridges. Maybe one will chime in; but your thread title won't be attracting their attention. Maybe start another thread with a more appropriate title regarding draw-down of batteries while towing with a residential fridge.

I have a residential fridge... and a 1000W inverter.. so yes, I tow with the fridge running. I have an upgraded Trojen 12v battery that does the job well. I have an F-150 and I had to plug in the fuse and relay into the fuse box under the hood. The truck came with it in a little bag in my glove box, but I had to put it in.

Shop carefully and you will find lithium ion batteries that will work with a conventional charger. Otherwise use 4 6 volt golf cart batteries if they will fit. My Silverado supplies all the 12 volt power via the trailer plug that the fridge inverter needs (about 100 watts) to run the fridge while on the road. You should arrive at any destination with fully charged trailer batteries.
