Hopefully you all can help. We are still learning the ropes on our new 2018 RKS
The PDI was terrible -

What is this switch for? No clue.

Is it now common not to have a radio antannae? Radio reception is horrible and I don't see one. I wouldn't think the rooftop unit for the TV works for the radio. Very odd. Can't even to begin an upgrade. So frustrating.

Oh and the speakers aren't very good either, so if you can suggest speaker replacement, that would helpful as well.

I can't help with the switch but my experience when taking pics with my iPhone they come out upside-down unless I transfer them to iPhoto and then upload them (this may not be the right way to do it but has worked for me)

it may be the switch for the outside or speaker lights.

Still need help on the radio antenna...It doesn't appear that I have one? Is that possible?
Anyone else have a RKS radio antenna besides the wineguard TV antenna on the roof?

The rule for iPhones is simple. "Button" refers to the big button you push to get to the home screen.

Button to the left side = upside-down picture
Button to the right side = right-side-up picture

The short reason for this is that the image sensor only takes pictures in one orientation: button to the right side. For the other three orientations there's an instruction in the .jpg file (in a section called EXIF) that tells the web browser how to rotate the image. This forum (and a few other applications) strip the EXIF from the image in an ill-advised move to save a tiny bit of space.

He doggie. Finally hit 12 mpg on my 2017 F250 gasser...but I had to disconnect the VIBE to get there. But thats ok, Tuesday it gets reconnected and away we go on very close trip.

Well I feel foolish! I called winegard and started talking to the tech. He asked if I turned the switch on...uh, what switch.

Thanked him and started looking in all of the cabinets, found it. Right where it should be..

I have the same trailer and no visible antenna. There is an antenna cable plugged into the back of the radio but I didn't look to see where it goes

I feel your pain. Was told what the switch was for on our brief walk thru. Too much info in too short a time. Our radio reception is poor. Rural Vermont, but come on. Speaking of Furrion: anybody else have trouble registering the warranty?

I also have wanted to know where the Antenna was terminated. Is it stuck in a wall or what ever. It is bad when you can get a better cell signal than a radio signal. The last place we went had no cell, no internet no Over the air TV but you would think RADIO is everywhere. Truck got plenty but not the VIBE. Would be interested in what others have found.
But I will say Blood Pressure was down and heart rate normal. I kind of like no tech.

There is a wall plate toggle switch in the cabinet under the TV

The antenna needs power
Turn on the toggle/switch if there is a green light lit, you have power to the antenna!
