286rks under pinning

On our last trip we had a tire blow out. A tire blew out and damaged the wiring for the brake lights, slide out lights and electric brakes. I am trying to remove the entire plastic underpinning, 8 ft wide by 34 foot long, and reroute my wires so they are not near the fender wells. Has anyone tried to remove the pins that hold the plastic on? It looks like they are shot on, and are extremely hard to remove. They don't unscrew, and you can't pry them out. I have cut a few off with a grinder but was hoping some one knew how to remove them with out doing to much damage the the plastic.

Some folks have had good luck with buying a flat bar at harbor tool and freight and then grinding the notch to fit the pin and prying them out that way.
