Did you not read my last paragraph?
I made some suggestions to help them.

The first part was trying to understand how the OP got a new RV, without a PDI.
Only times I've seen that, is when a buyer has it shipped from a distant dealer.
So the whole thing is confusing but the dealer should be ashamed.

Try pulling microwave out and unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Ours stopped working and that's what we ended up doing and it somehow reset it and has worked every since. Wish you luck.

They are in Missouri and the dealer is in Pennsylvania.

We went through the same issue of microwave not working. Our dealer did do a PDI the microwave light came on when he opened the door. The guy didn't really have to explain how it works everyone knows microwaves are pretty simple. He didn't turn it on, and we didn't think about it either. This was our first RV purchase also. Plus we bought from a dealer that was 2 hrs away and got it replaced by our local RV dealership. Also note we had the replacement for 2 yrs only used during the summer, since we aren't full timers yet. The replacement went out also! We finally bought one off online store last year, hopefully it will last more than 2 yrs. they must put cheap refurbished units in
