50amp cord reel

Bought the harbor freight hose reel $17. Couple 2x4 laying around and found a nice spot for it to slip in while reeling it up and un reeling. Cord is about 30ft longClick image for larger version

I've been holding off buying one as I wasn't sure where to mount it...not quite enough space anywhere. I kind of envisioned mounting it inside a storage compartment. I'd never thought of doing that.

I was gonna mount it there too but with everything else in there thought it woukd be a pai. Not done organizing the storage yet. Put peg board in and working out great

I did this and it works well for me, But i must say i have a large basement.
