Bedroom door issue

In our 2021 Forest River Vibe 26 bh, the front bedroom door keeps falling off the track. The rollers have a screw that is held by a metal clip and the scew going into the roller. I have re installed it a few times now and it just keeps falling off. Any suggestions on how to keep it from falling off or replacing it with something that actually works.

Note: I have searched the threads for this issue and have only seen people having issues with the plastic pieces breaking and they suggest to replace it with a metal one. This one already has the metal clip it is just the screw backing out i guess. Maybe some locktite will keep it in there?

It sounds like the screw is not securely attached to anything but the wall board instead of being screwed into a wall or door frame stud. You may want to pick up a couple of drywall anchors and insert into the hole and then install the screw.

the door is on a track on the ceiling. The screw or i guess its more of a bolt keeps coming out of the piece that glides on the track.

sounds like you do not have the lock engaged around the wheel post, see the example below, the the hook has to be pushed in until it locks on the post.

Possible fix

After further investigation I might of found the problem. The door latch is not aligned with the hole for the door. I have it at the shop now to fix a few other things that have went wrong and showed them that. Hopefully that will fix the issue. I post an update once I get it back.
