BHS272, Linc Tablet no longer sees 'MyRV Control Panel'

Hello, i have a 2016 Vibe 272BHS and noticed that after power has been connected to travel trailer that on the MyRV Hub only the CAN light is lit up. Last summer this was all working and i could see WIFI / RX / TX lighting blinking. In the pictures below you can see that i can no longer connect by wifi (MyRV 20219A ...) Not in range, and when i also connect Linc Tablet to the docking station i still don't see 'MyRV Control Panel'. Any help or ideas would be great, thanks in advance, Brian.

I'm afraid that your hub has bellied up. I'm sure that you've powered it down and up a few times to see if that worked.

I looked at the LCI site and it wasn't much help. You may try calling them to see if they have any words of wisdom.
