Cable issues

Have a brand new 2019 vibe 288rls and I can’t get the cable to work after hooking up the cable on the back left of the camper and turned off the booster but still can’t get any channels with he Jensen TV that came with it. Please help

Go to menu on tv and switch from air to cable

Found out it was the campgrounds splitter was bad and they got it fixed right away and all good

glad you got it fixed, I have a 2019 28RL also and my Jenson worked perfect

For what is it worth, I had a dish installer helping me get hooked up to dish. He had to replace every cable end in the entire camper to get a good signal. My thought is the fellow doing the cabling at the factory is doing a poor job
