So from another thread, I posted that while my Vibe didn't come with the matching Furrion drawer under the oven, my dealer was going to make good on it. Well, according to their parts department (and apparently they have limited options to check) they can't find one. They said they called Furrion and the local west assembly in Oregon, and everyone thinks their nuts until they show them pictures. Even Furrion said "no such thing" until she sent them a picture and they said.. "oh, must be an old one"..
If anyone knows where one can be found, my dealer is happy to do what is needed to get it. They have reached out to other dealers who have them in units, but those dealers are of course "why should we help you, it's installed in ours"...
I found this picture, and I'm wondering if the drawer is really just a plain drawer with a "matching" front ??
Can anyone verify?? My dealer is basically trying to make good on a salesman's promise that maybe should not have been made. But they are really trying to do right by me, so I'd like to meet them halfway and if I can help them find the parts.. they will make it happen.
