Fresh water leak/furnace air flow

We just got our new 2017 285 BHS back from getting our walkthrough remedies fixed. Most were dealt with, some were not fixed well. We had a leak in the fresh water tank. They found that there was a drain not run through the underbelly. Filled it up to sanitize yesterday and there was still water dripping from underneath after I filled the tank for about 45 minutes. Anyone else experience this?

I also ran the furnace to check it out and there is very little air flow. Iíve seen others mention issues with this. Where should I start looking for a blockage?
