Inverter problem

Has anyone had a problem with the inverter not powering on? I have a 2018 Vibe 268RKS. I noticed when It wasn't plugged into shore power or hooked up to my truck, the residential fridge wasn't running. I thought the inverter was suppose to power the fridge from the batteries when not plugged to power. The status light on the inverter use to illuminate green next to "ok" when it was turned on but now nothing? Any suggestions on trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The first thing to do is to make sure that there's 12 volt power getting to the inverter.

Which inverter do you have?
