Hi and Welcome to FRF.
1. You should ask your model-specific questions in the V-Cross sub-forum.
2. The generic owners manual has no model-specific nor brand-specific information. It only has basic RV systems information. You can download the current version since it won't be much different than the 2012 version.

Well... I don't know how you got here, but you're now in the V-Cross forum.
It's probably not going to help you get a specific manual though.
Forest River has some videos that might help you here: https://www.forestriverinc.com/Owners/Videos
Welcome to the forum.

When one of the moderators (e.g., Bikendan) sees that a post is in the wrong forum topic, he moves it. Usually the moderator states more explicitly that he has done so.

No, it's not "usually". You only see the few thread moves that are publicized publicly. The OP always gets a PM stating from where and to where the thread was moved. The PM such as the one included below is automatically generated by the "Move Thread" software.
" Thread moved (New and looking for info) FRTT Man,
I wanted to let you know that your thread, New and looking for info, has been moved from the Welcome Mat forum to the Vibe | V-Cross forum.
Even though it has been moved I’ve left a redirect notice (expires in 1 week) in the original forum so other users can find the thread.
Regards,
"

That's interesting. Do they get an email too? Took me forever to realize that there is a PM feature on the forum. Come to think of it, the last PM I got had automatically generated an email.

I don’t really know. I don’t use our email feature except I get one when someone reports a violation or makes a suggestion. Email reception is selectable by individual members in their profile settings.

Mine is still going strong after 7 years. Haven't found a better floor plan. We'll keep it
