Newbie Mistake

As new owners of our very first travel trailer (Forest River Vibe) we made the mistake of connecting to the city water at an RV park without a water pressure regulator recently. Now. the city water connection on the side of our trailer leaks anytime we connect to the water anywhere. Is there a fix for this? It leaks both inside the camper and outside. We tired to look up schematics for the assembly so that we could find o-rings for the connections thinking this might be the problem. But, haven't found much in our search. Thoughts???

There is a lot here. First, a pressure regulator may save you a major headache eventually if not sooner. Hose washers wear out. Carry a pack. Of course this may not help the trailer to hose connection. It is possible that the assembly is bad. The black tank flush on our first trailer leaked badly. The easy answer is take it back for warranty work.
