Do you mean the slideout?
If so, sounds lime you have a Schwintek system.
If there are an upper and lower track on both outside sides, it should be a Schwintek.
There are many videos on YouTube showing how re-sychronize the motors and other troubleshooting steps.

First would be determining which brand of slideout you have.
Did you check the outside of the slideout for the dual track system or your trailer's paperwork?

My slide out has no tracks what so ever
The motor is behind the wood trim on the top of the slide out inside the trailer
My package that came with the tt has a flexible rod to attach at the end of a drill
But no other information
So Im assuming that this rod attach at the end of the motor so you can extend or retract the slide out

Yes, goto FR website, and they have manual operation instructions. You will need to bring a drill to attach that flexible rod to turn the motor to bring in or extend you slide that operates on the wire pulley system.

Please do not go camping w/o the the attachments you need for to manually crank due to ele. failures, everything on a FR can be manually crank including your awning.

Gear box leaking oil on top of the push out

Anyone had that problem
Our vibe is one year old and last fall we had bubble form on the roof of our slide out
No one could figure it out
Forest river ask if we drop or chemicals came in contact with the roof ???
The answer was no
The dealer could not figure it out
So no warranty repair was ever issued by Forest River
So this spring I decided to have a look at the slide out from the inside of the trailer and well voila
The gear box was leaking on the slide out causing the damage to the roof membrane ,now the gear box is probably out of oil also this will cause an other problem like gear damage
My TT is one year old and still no warranty repair from Forest River
