Just a question, but what's the hitch for?
If it's for a bike rack or BBQ, you could get one to clamp around the bumper.
If it's for double towing, I would guess that it needs to be tied into the actual frame of the trailer. You would likely have to take the membrane off the underbelly and have it welded to the frame for proper frame support.
