I have thought about putting one of the keypad locks on. Funny thing is in the almost 30 years of owning a travel trailers I never lock the door while camping. The only reason I lock the door on our new camper is in case the grandkids come over when we are gone. They enjoy Playing with crayons, markers, ink pens, etc....

Grandkids are a great reason, maybe thats why my father in law wants one now to keep my kids out of theirs, hah! At the Daytona 500 (which made news stories a while back and some cable documentary I watched) they had a guy going into trailers during the races taking stuff. Anyways, the police stated then they had a big sting operation to catch him going across states. How I see it and been told, locks are to keep honest people honest.
