This pic is of the slide seal on my 2017 308BHS. Obvious wear and potential leak I discovered while doing routine seal care. I was puzzled at how this could happen until I found this.

The river in the pic holds the end corner cap on the outside of the slide. I discovered that this river is in perfect alignment with the damage on the seal. To me this means; when towing the slide is bouncing and the rivet is rubbing the seal. For the time being Iím putting some electrical tape on the rivet. Has anyone else noticed this problem? When I get time I will cover all screws and rivets with sealant tape

I have some that look like that, but no damage or wear to the seal. Make sure you use some kind of rubber seal treatment to keep them flexible.

Good luck
