you can certainly add a solar panel to offset some of your Shore Power or Generator needs for recharging your house battery(s), at least for the 12v lights, fans, and appliances, and 'when' there is SUN available...but, don't expect it to be something that powers those items DIRECTLY, as only your battery(s) power the fuse panel, and all your 12v items. The solar simply helps to recharge your battery(s).
A simple 100w panel might be fine, and you can 'parallel' more panels, but the deciding factor might be the solar controller since it is limited to the amount of amps for the output of the panels. Some controllers are 10amps, and therefore two 100w panels, on a good day, might slightly exceed that.
