Tire change with the wide spread axle

I have a 2019 Vibe Extreme Lite 258RKS, it has the wide spread axle, the axle are set about 1.5 ft farther apart than normal, my question what do you use to lift the tires up off the ground for a tire change. On my old trailer with the normal spaved axle I would just drive the good tire up on a couplenof wood blocks and it would raise the flat up enough to change it but I am not sure with these wider spread axles if that would work or not. I know a jack would work but where would you jack it up at? I have Geico with roadside but I feel that I could change it much faster that it would take to wait for them.

On our 2019 268RKS, I tried to lift one of the tires off the ground to re-level the trailer after it sat for a bit. I used a bottle jack against the axle itself but tried to be as close to the 'tire' end of it prior to lifting. I did that once and then read somewhere that it's not advisable to do so. I had to lift it once again later on and had to get a few 4x4 pieces of wood stacked high and wide enough for the bottle jack to reach the frame itself and then lift the trailer up enough for the wheel in question to be off the ground.

Hi,
The recommendations are to jack on the frame as close to the axle as you can safely get. It’s a tall reach so 6- 12” long 4x4 blocks and a 6” x 6” piece of 3/4” plywood is what I use. Cross cross the 4 x 4s and at the top place the 2 together (called cribbing). Set the bottle jack on the top placing the plywood on the top of the bottle jack and between the frame. I use the stabling jacks on my trailer to act as a safety jack stand. Also chock the opposite side wheels when jacking. Hope this helps.....Oh I have not tried mine to see if the wheel would come up enough with the drive on blocks. I’d guess not though....
