Any 312BHS owners out there?
Can you tell me what your hitch weight is?

The brochure says:
Dry weight is 8014 lbs
Hitch weight is 1010 lbs!!

Looked at one at a dealer yesterday, nicely optioned: 2 ACs, 50 amp svc, big fridge.

Sticker on the tongue says dry weight is 7002 lbs.
So I'm a little skeptical of the brochure's hitch weight.

No but I looked long and hard at that model but couldn't justify the increase in $$ over the 308.

It's heavy. Definitely close if not more then brochure

I have a Vibe 221rbs, I am fining the workmanship is very poor. Shades don't come all the way down on the slid out windows and so far 2 cabinet doors have come off the cabinets. Getting a little tick with all the repairs.

I have never seen a sticker on the tongue. The weight/tire stickers should be on the drivers side outside front part of the trailer.

They say a vibe is a lite, saying it is nose heavy is an under statement. It's a heavy brute, so one would also hope it was made well. Not so, I can not list all the small repairs and replacements of different things in my unit. Every time I take it out, brings on another ajustment of some kind.
