Water filter

The generic manual online says there is already a water filter in the trailer. I bought one for the outside. Questions:

1) where is the filter in my 2017 Vibe
2) do I need both?

I know the outside filter would catch sediment to prevent it from coming through lines.

I use both. They way I have mine set up, I can filter/fill fresh water tank at the same time. Double filter on city water won't hurt since some CGs have well water.

Mine may be a different location then yours. Maybe someone with your unit can tell you where. Just replying to outside filter use.

I don't believe my 2016 Vibe 308bhs has one.

On mine, very near city water inlet and water pump. Inside cabinet perhaps, maybe behind panel attached to floor with a couple of screws. That would be pretty typical of FR.
