Window Valance size (width) over windows

Hi Folks.....

I want to change my colours on my window valances - my trailer is in storage 18 hrs away and I measured but for some reason am doubting if its right... can someone measure the HEIGHT of the window Valances i think it was almost 5" (4 and 3/4" maybe)

I have a 2011 Forest river Vcross - T32VFKS i suspect many of the models are similar.
