Forest River R-Pod warranty parts issues

Is anyone else experiencing problems getting parts to have their RV repaired? Our Schwintek slide out is not working correctly. The dealer ordered the parts and received the okay and the paperwork from the warranty department on April 14th to fix the problem. Over seven weeks later still no parts. I contacted Lippert today and was told the slide parts normally ship within five days. Forest River told me the replacement parts for their shelves were ordered on 4/10 and were expected by 4/18. I was told a phone call was made to expedite the parts two weeks ago and still no parts.

Problems in the parts supply chain has been an issue for the past 2+ years, just like every other industry.
That's why so many new rigs have been sitting in factory lots for months, waiting for parts. Some rigs have been shipped to dealers, missing parts.
