In looking over the dealers proposed Purchase agreement, they have listed PDI which I am assuming is Pre Delivery Inspection, for $695. This seems like a rip off to me as you'd think that the RPod would have been inspected prior to leaving the manufacture's.....Thoughts please...also what are the documentation fees for $65

They are required to do a PDI on their own. If that's what they are wanting to charge you for the walkthrough of your camper you should find another dealer!
The documentation fees are a new one for me to see as well.

Is this a joke?? Did they really tell you that on the PDI?? Remember what P.T. Barnum said, " There is a sucker born every minute". I would find another dealer and I would make sure you tell the dealer why in no uncertain terms. JMHO
