We recently purchased an RPOD190 and it has an iRV35 Sound System. We would like to upgrade this unit to one that will play a DVD/CD but both the iRV and Jensen units have very mixed reviews.
Can anyone give me their thoughts? I wouldn't mind having a portable DVD player if it would run on 12V.
Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. My IRV system played DVD and CD and works great. My only complaint is the remote being small is not real easy to use. Talk to patrick industries about an upgrade.

While I don't have RPod, we have the Jensen AWM968 in our TT and have had no issues. Plays cd,dvd,DVD, but not not setup for Android or apply play. Check
crutchfield.com for other options
I am familiar with Crutchfield, which is where I found the Jensen products. Both Jensen and the IRV systems have low starred reviews on the DVD player part of the units.
I have never heard of Patrick Industries and will investigate their products.
