Turns out that the wire that should have brought power from USB port to the other port on the opposite side of the coach was cut and a small length of it was attached in a loop at the port with power. I was able to find the end of the wire going to the un-powered port and connect it correctly. Problem solved. Chalk it up to a technician who lost his (or her) focus during the install.
On our 2020 14fk, we lost power on the two stand alone USB ports, near the main switch panel. It may be a loose connector or a blown fuse. The ports previously worked, so something changed.
