happi jack electric bunk problems

just wondering if anybody else having problems with the electric bunks. I just purchased a 2017 sandstorm 281slr toy hauler. When I got it home from the dealer the first time I lowered the beds down they broke and fell to the floor on one side. Took it back to dealer the next day and for 3 weeks it was gone missed one annual camping trip not happy, anyway get it back and the following week lifted the beds to pull my rzr in the system broke again and fell on one side. Back to the shop again hope they can fix it right this time.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Did the dealer demonstrate the beds in your PDI without problems?

well the walk thru was a joke. He had a heck of a time just getting the pins out of top bunk then we he did the bed came down crooked so tech fixed it. I got there at noon and at 530 that afternoon left with my trailer. Which broke that night while showing my friends my new trailer. So no not happy with my dealer.
