Not even a week old and

Picked up the toy hauler last week {3/30} and brought it home and parked it. Went out today to do some arranging in it and turned the stereo on and the volume doesnt work right. Go to turn it up or down and it just clicks back and forth from 5 to 6. Its the Axxera AV604Bi. I new it was kinda cheep but dang. Havent even used it yet...

Does it have a button that says "Loud" on it? Had similar issue with mine. Turned the Loud on and all was fine.
