Sandstorm 180GSLC couch bracket issue

I have a 2016 toy hauler and one bracket on each of the two couches has now pulled/stripped out of the wall. My husband tried fixing it himself with a concrete repair agent rated for 6000 lbs and one of them has now come back out in 6 months looking to see if anyone has come across this before or has any insight? We obviously donít have a warranty on it and would prefer not to pay a dealer to fix it. The photos were taken as it was coming back from a desert dirt bike race so it is dirty but you can see how it pulled out again and is now hanging differently because itís not supported unless we put something under it on that side
