When i first got it home looked underneath and notice their was no paint on the axels or slide rails so i painted it my self and noticed they never ajusted the stops fore the slide they wernt even close i ajusted them.Noticed front door did not close tight wind blew wright threw. When they built it they put the strike plate on the wrong side of the door frame i fixed that.THe alarm kept going of at 2am on the concerttone so i threw that out and put in a nice clarion stereo sounds so much better.The end of the dinnet seats were the material is atached in between the three screws is puffed out soo i added two moore screws to each side with the cyprus caps.When we used the shower water leaked on the floor by the tiolet soo i added apiece of 6x6 plastic to each outside bottom corner.I have no leaks in my front bunk yet.

Unfortunately they do seem to have the occasional issue. Our Surveyor seems to be pretty good. I have gone over it extensively. I had to re-seat the toilet as it leaked at the rubber ring. The clock doesn't work. And one blind doesn't work quite right. But all in all, it really does seem pretty good. But sometimes you discover a few more things after a couple of trips. We are hoping for the best there. It really does help to be "handy".
