12v ceiling fan???

I know they are out there as I have searched on the web and found a few, but I'm interested in seeing if anyone on the forum has installed one in their rig, and how it turned out.
Found one that based on reviews is nice, but at 36in might be a bit large for what I need.

I did a Google search and found quite a variety of them. The smallest I saw was 31", some 3 blades, some 4 blades, none are inexpensive but there was quite a few vendors.
